The Flooding Effect is a practical and evidence-informed course designed for educators, therapists, and caregivers seeking to better understand and support children’s emotional and behavioural needs. Grounded in attachment theory principles, this one of kind course explores how relationships shape regulation, behaviour, and development.

 

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how children communicate their needs through behaviour, and how adults can respond in ways that foster safety, connection, and long-term regulation skills.
